As a Operations Manager (Clinics), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Create, review and execute operations SOPs
- Supervise, check and monitor SOP compliance, work accuracy and work completion by all staff in your respective clinics
- Vet and approve monthly duty roster of counter staff
- Handle escalated customer feedback and complaints
- Ensure that your clinic supervisors execute plans and perform daily chores to deliver satisfactory results for the company
- Coordinate and facilitate company-level initiatives at the clinic-level
- Analyse branch statistical and performance reports.
- Propose viable growth strategies
- Ensure all areas of work are always audit-ready
