As an Operations Associate, Facilities (Residential Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintaining a smooth and safe living environment for residents.
- Regularly checking and repairing of equipment and gadgets to ensure that they are working optimally.
- Setting up rooms for different functions, which involves arranging of furniture and ensuring everything is in place.
- Assisting in assets management such as moving and labelling assets to keep track of them.
- Involved in facility management such as key facilities like plumbing, electrical systems etc, are functional and arranging for external maintenance when necessary.
- Informing reporting officer promptly about any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
- Assist in inventory management, helping in keeping track of inventory to ensure supplies are maintained.
- Manning of Fire Command Center, monitoring CCTV and fire safety alarm systems and handling security issues such as activating emergency services when needed.
- Part of the Fire Safety Committee, supporting operations during emergencies like fires or hazardous situations.
- Ensuring that safety measures are followed during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of related experiences.
- Readiness to handle emergencies and have a proactive approach to maintenance and safety.
- Ability to work shift work, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
