As an Application Analyst (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and requirements.
• Partner with the team to recommend and implement effective IT solutions that enhance and streamline business operations.
• Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving daily IT system issues within agreed SLAs, coordinating closely with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive IT system documentation, including functional, design, and test specifications, as well as operational and user guides.
• Manage, perform, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and readiness.
• Communicate effectively and deliver end-user training sessions to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Support the Reporting Officer in IT system procurement, acquisition, and implementation activities.
• Provide coverage for colleagues during their absence to maintain operational continuity.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a min in Diploma or Degree in IT.
