As a Senior Clinic Admin, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily appointment scheduling and communicate updates to clinical staff.
• Support patient flow and assist with daily clinic operations.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices, payments, and daily reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding bills and prepare financial summaries for management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
• Prepare monthly reports (operational, administrative, statistical).
• Ensure compliance with data confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage clinic consumables and medical supplies.
• Handle purchasing and liaise with vendors for timely replenishment.
• Ensure clinic and pantry areas are clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Process staff claims and reimbursements accurately.
• Track transport usage (cash card, fleet card, EZ-Link, Gojek).
• Manage company vehicle usage, servicing, and cleanliness.
• Provide guidance and support to admin staff.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and delivery personnel.
• Handle ad hoc operational issues and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years in clinic or healthcare administration, with some supervisory exposure preferred.
