As a Deputy Clinic Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications, supervise pharmacy staff, and resolve prescription queries.

• Provide clear guidance on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and storage to support patient understanding and compliance.

• Offer advice to healthcare providers on drug selection, dosage, and treatment options; support patient self-care and health education.

• Maintain high standards of service, address patient concerns promptly, and support continuity of care.

• Oversee stock levels, storage, audits, and proper handling of pharmaceuticals to ensure availability and quality.

• Guide and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and trainees; conduct regular training sessions to build team capability.

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including rostering, reporting, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and standards.

• Support sales performance, monitor profitability, and maintain a safe and professional store environment.

• Ensure all pharmacy operations meet applicable laws, standards, and audit requirements.

• Supervise and motivate staff, set performance goals, handle grievances, and foster a collaborative workplace culture.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy  

• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council and Form A license with Health Sciences Authority (HSA)

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in clinical setting
