As a Senior Executive, Community Engagement & Partnership, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supports the design and execution of fundraising initiatives to grow the donor base and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Contributes to strategies that enhance donor engagement and build a sustainable network of supporters for youth and community programmes.
  • Identifies, cultivates, and acquires new donors, including corporates, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Assists in developing innovative fundraising approaches to increase participation and diversify revenue.
  • Researches donor trends and giving behaviours to support targeted engagement.
  • Manages the donor pipeline and supports stewardship plans to convert one-time donors into long-term partners.
  • Develops and implements donor engagement plans, ensuring timely communication, recognition, and stewardship.
  • Maintains accurate donor records, relationship histories, and data for tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborates with marketing and communications teams on messaging, appeals, impact reports, and pitch materials.
  • Prepares regular updates and reports for management, committees, and board members on donor activities.
  • Represents the organisation at networking and community events to raise awareness and strengthen relationships.
  • Plans and executes major fundraising events, overseeing logistics, budgeting, vendors, and alignment with fundraising goals.
  • Evaluates event outcomes and donor participation to refine future strategies.
  • Demonstrates strong commitment to the organisation’s mission and values.
  • Manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Uses data analysis to interpret trends and produce data-driven fundraising reports.
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with donors, volunteers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements: 

 
  • Relevant degree or diploma with nonprofit fundraising experience and knowledge of Singapore’s fundraising regulations
  • Strong multitasking, data analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine passion for the mission and commitment to positive community impact.
