Job Description

As an Assistant Manager (Business Partnering), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage and drive the Learning Management System (LMS), including e-learning administration and maintenance of training records.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and develop training plans in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programmes, including in-house training and employee orientation.
  • Oversee end-to-end training administration, reporting, and training budget tracking.
  • Design and implement career progression and succession planning frameworks to support internal mobility and retention.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and HRBPs to identify, develop, and engage talent pipelines.
  • Support employer branding, talent engagement, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and workplace wellbeing programmes.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to promote mental health awareness and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Prepare staff communications and reports, and support ad-hoc HR initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of five years’ relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues proactively
