As an Operations Manager (Payment Technology Platform), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily cashless and digital payment operations, including processing, reconciliation, settlements, and month-end closing.

• Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, strengthen controls, and prevent revenue leakage.

• Monitor payment performance and produce actionable insights for reporting and planning.

• Resolve operational issues and client feedback with internal teams.

• Lead and mentor the payment operations team to deliver accurate results.

• Drive process improvements to reduce risk and support new product launches.

• Work with regional and global stakeholders on system enhancements and best practices.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with strong knowledge of payment systems, regulatory requirements, and risk control frameworks within the Singapore market.
