As a Telemarketing, Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Conduct telemarketing calls to partner-provided leads to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products accordingly.
• Convert assigned leads into sales through telemarketing activities.
• Ensure all call activities are carried out in compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 'O' Level or higher

• At  least 2 - 5 years of call centre and/or Telemarketing / Telesales experience within Financial Industry 

• BCP, PGI and HI Certified
