As a Head of Marketing (Brand & Market Growth), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive consumer demand, and reinforce brand positioning through integrated campaigns, content marketing, KOL partnerships, and ATL initiatives.

• Drive business growth by expanding retail and distribution channels, including department stores, retail counters, pop-ups, spa and salon partnerships, corporate gifting, B2B collaborations, and new sales channels.

• Lead e-commerce growth across owned platforms and marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, by driving customer acquisition, expanding the consumer database, and enhancing CRM and customer retention strategies.

• Build and develop the skincare marketing function by optimising existing resources and scaling the team in line with business growth and operational needs.

• Develop market expansion strategies and prepare the brand for future regional growth, ensuring readiness for international expansion opportunities.

• Manage marketing budgets, monitor commercial and marketing performance, track key business KPIs, and provide strategic insights and regular performance reporting to senior management.

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• At least 5–8 years of marketing experience within the beauty, skincare, personal care, or consumer wellness industry, with a strong focus on product marketing rather than services.

• Proven track record of growing brand awareness, consumer demand, and revenue across both retail and digital channels in an omnichannel environment.
