As a Customer Service Officer (East Region), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Play a key role in creating a memorable and comfortable experience for passengers by delivering high-quality passenger services.

• Assist passengers with special needs, including passengers with reduced mobility, and unaccompanied minors.

• Provide personalised customer service at exclusive premier lounges, including meet-and-greet services at reception.

• Proactively attend to lounge guests’ needs and ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Requirements:

• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

• Dynamic and service-driven, with a willingness to go the extra mile.

• Proficient in basic computer operations and transactions.
