As a Senior/Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide clinical services to the patient
- Ensure safe and right distribution of drugs
- Adhere to the clinical regulations, compliances and procedures
- Assist the operations of the pharmacy
- Review and assessing patient’s medications
- Ensure sufficient medicine supplies in pharmacy department
- Provide education to patients and caregivers
- Dispensing of medications and provide instructions in terms of drug usage
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
