As a Senior / Staff Nurse (Inpatient), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assess patients’ physical and emotional condition within the inpatient unit to identify their immediate needs.
- Plan and organize individualized nursing care in collaboration with the Nurse Clinician and healthcare team.
- Implement nursing interventions and clinical procedures to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care that addresses patients’ urgent physical and emotional requirements.
- Evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans as needed and reporting changes to the Nurse Clinician.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets unit standards and supports recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse Certificate is required.
- Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent is preferred for candidates applying for the Senior Staff Nurse position.
