As a Senior / Staff Nurse (ICU), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Take full accountability for delivering high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes in the intensive care unit.
- Work closely with critical care clinicians to assist in performing clinical procedures that meet the complex needs of critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to set and achieve optimal health outcomes for patients in critical condition.
- Provide and monitor advanced respiratory support, invasive monitoring, and continuous drug infusions, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Assess the coping abilities and adaptation levels of both patients and their families to identify and provide necessary emotional and psychological support.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Holds a Degree or Diploma in Nursing, or a State Registered Nurse Certificate.
- Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- For Senior Staff Nurse applicants: must be a good team player, analytical, insightful, systematic, highly motivated, and possess leadership skills.
