As an Concierge Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Act as the initial contact for customer queries, delivering prompt, empathetic, and accurate support.

Develop comprehensive mastery of service guidelines to provide quick, precise responses and ensure consistent information accuracy.

Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively, escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams while maintaining smooth communication.

Provide robust administrative assistance to sales consultants and support assigned responsibilities throughout the sales cycle.

Proactively gather customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting ongoing product and service enhancement.

Maintain thorough knowledge of our offerings to provide personalised guidance and build a consultative relationship with clients.

Manage and utilise the CRM system to accurately record and analyse customer interactions, using insights to plan targeted engagement initiatives and improve the customer experience.

Carry out additional operational tasks as required to ensure smooth gallery operations.
Requirements

Minimum Diploma and above.
