As a Senior Executive (HR), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Partner with business units to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR and people-related advisory support
- Support manpower planning and resourcing strategies to align workforce capacity with business needs
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Review, streamline, and enhance HR processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in HR business partnership, talent acquisitions or generalist
- Experienced in healthcare is preferred
