As a Clinical Research Finance Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Prepare and manage clinical trial budgets for sponsor-funded studies.
  • Track study finances and ensure timely and accurate invoicing to sponsors and CROs.
  • Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Liaise with sponsors, CROs, Finance, and internal stakeholders on study financial matters.
  • Assist in contract tracking, budget revisions, and payment reconciliation.
  • Coordinate investigator meetings, Site Initiation Visits (SIVs), monitoring visits, and other study-related meetings.
  • Maintain accurate financial and study documentation.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports for the Clinical Research team.
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to clinical research operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Strong experience in finance-related work (budgeting, invoicing, payments, and reconciliation) with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently with good communication skills to liaise with sponsors, CROs, and internal stakeholders.
