As an Assistant Manager, HR Transformation, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Contribute to HR workforce transformation projects, including planning workshops, tracking milestones, and preparing progress reports.

  • Analyse workforce data and trends to inform project recommendations.

  • Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to drive smooth project implementation.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to keep policies progressive and future-ready.

  • Review and map HR processes to identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities to improve employee experience.

  • Provide support in handling employee relations matters, including preparing reports and documentation for investigations, grievances, and whistle-blowing cases.

  • Partner with Shared Services and HRBPs to introduce employee-centric processes and digital solutions.

  • Create HR communication materials (FAQs, toolkits, videos, infographics) to support change initiatives.

  • Contribute to engagement campaigns that bring HR strategy to life for employees.

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field
