As an Assistant Manager, HR Transformation, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Contribute to HR workforce transformation projects, including planning workshops, tracking milestones, and preparing progress reports.

Analyse workforce data and trends to inform project recommendations.

Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to drive smooth project implementation.
-
Conduct research and benchmarking to keep policies progressive and future-ready.
-
Review and map HR processes to identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities to improve employee experience.

Provide support in handling employee relations matters, including preparing reports and documentation for investigations, grievances, and whistle-blowing cases.

Partner with Shared Services and HRBPs to introduce employee-centric processes and digital solutions.

Create HR communication materials (FAQs, toolkits, videos, infographics) to support change initiatives.
-
Contribute to engagement campaigns that bring HR strategy to life for employees.
-
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field
