As a Senior Executive (HRIS), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead HRIS implementation with the HR team, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training.
- Administer the HRIS by managing user access, security, and system settings to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and manage employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
- Optimize HR processes through system enhancements and automation.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support workforce insights and decision-making.
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Coordinate with HRIS vendors and IT teams on system issues, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal governance standards.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HRIS Management
