As a Centre Supervisor - Senior Care Centre (SCC) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing reviews for day care and day rehabilitation clients, including leading multi-disciplinary review meetings.
• Oversee daily centre operations and care routines, including activities, meals, hygiene, and supervision of care staff.
• Work closely with nursing and care teams to ensure clients’ individual care needs and ADLs are met and communicated effectively.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver programmes and services with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead orientation, training, and ongoing supervision of care staff, including dementia care practices.
• Manage staffing deployment to ensure safe, effective, and compliant centre operations.
• Handle and follow up on incidents involving clients, staff, or volunteers in accordance with reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with central teams on billing, charges, and staff-related matters.
• Support financial sustainability of the centre in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation of assessments, communications, and care processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in a healthcare discipline (e.g. Nursing or Allied Health).
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant clinical experience in an acute or community healthcare setting.
• Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in community care services is an added advantage.
