As an Assistant Manager, Facilities Management (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
-
Manage and maintain the facilities in the assigned clinics by working closely with contractors and vendors in compliance of all rules and regulations.

Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are carried out to the requirements and standards.

Carry out routine checks and contractor performance reviews with the objective of continuous improvement.

Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure their completion within budget and timeline.

Ensure that administration and documentation are in place to support all maintenance works and projects.
-
Assist in new clinics developments.

Respond to alarm or critical faults
-
Any other duties assigned by the department.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering in related field.
