As a Manager, Learning & Development and Engagement, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop and implement L&D initiatives aligned with organisational goals and industry standards
  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records, adoption, and reporting.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with department heads to develop training plans.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programmes, including in-house training and employee orientation.
  • Drive e-learning participation and completion, including system administration and tracking.
  • Prepare training updates, reports, and statistics for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage training administration, including registration, grants, budget tracking, evaluations, and records.
  • Maintain training communications and shared training resources
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives to strengthen internal mobility and retention.
  • Partner with stakeholders and HRBPs to identify talent gaps and support talent development plans.
  • Assist in building talent pipelines through engagement with high-potential employees and external partners.
  • Plan and support employee engagement programmes to enhance engagement and productivity.
  • Work with HRBPs to promote workplace wellbeing and mental health awareness.
  • Prepare staff communications and engagement reports.
  • Support ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in relevant studies from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
  • Comfortable managing learning systems preferrable familiar with SAP SuccessFactors, and e-learning including virtual training software
