As a Manager, HR Business Partnering, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Build strong and effective relationships across all levels of the organisation, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and staff development matters.

  • Advise business leaders on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures, covering workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and learning and development.

  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of HR projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Support organisational development efforts such as change management, team-building initiatives, and coaching interventions.

  • Lead employee engagement programmes and activities, including Employee Engagement and Pulse Surveys, to enhance workplace culture and staff experience.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop members of the HR team to strengthen overall HR capability.

  • Assist the Head of HR in preparing materials for HOD meetings and in submissions to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
