As a Manager, HR Business Partnering, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Build strong and effective relationships across all levels of the organisation, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and staff development matters.

Advise business leaders on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures, covering workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and learning and development.

Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of HR projects and strategic initiatives.

Support organisational development efforts such as change management, team-building initiatives, and coaching interventions.

Lead employee engagement programmes and activities, including Employee Engagement and Pulse Surveys, to enhance workplace culture and staff experience.

Manage, mentor, and develop members of the HR team to strengthen overall HR capability.

Assist the Head of HR in preparing materials for HOD meetings and in submissions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Possess a Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
