As a Senior / Staff Nurse (Community Nursing), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assessing patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
• Performing nursing procedures in patient's home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc
• Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for patients
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carred out and medications dispensed
• Any other duties necessary within the team

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma in Nursing
• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Candidate who possess Advanced Diploma is an advantage
