As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and risks.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

• ⁠Provide ongoing case management, including regular follow-up, monitoring, and evaluation of client progress.

• ⁠Facilitate referrals for clients to relevant internal and external resources and support services.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to individuals facing various challenges.

• Organize group sessions and workshops to meet specific client needs and encourage personal development.

• Assist clients in developing coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and resilience.

• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, progress notes, and statistical data.

• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work
