JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing overall inpatient operations
- Work closely with the Head of Operations, Headquarter and other departments to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Planning and implementation of new business initiatives
- Lead the operations team in continuous improvement of inpatient / ward operations policies, systems and processes, service quality and operations capabilities
- Coaching and nurturing operations staff in their continuous learning and career development
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management / project management / secretariat support to C suite in the healthcare sector, is preferred
- Depending on experiences, may apply as Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager
