As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support Senior/Staff Nurses in delivering quality care to residents
- Provide nursing care such as administering medication, wound dressing, continence care, and feeding
- Monitor and document residents’ condition and vital signs
- Serve meals and assist with feeding when required
- Address resident and family inquiries, ensuring clear communication
- Supervise Nursing Aides, Health Attendants, and Junior Enrolled Nurses
- Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures
- Ensure adherence to nursing standards and protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager
Requirements:
- Possess a NITEC in Nursing or equivalent, registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB); experience in eldercare or community nursing is a plus
