As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Join the Infra Development team as an M&E Engineer for hospital redevelopment.
  • Evaluate M&E system designs to ensure they suit an acute and community hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management, Development, Operations, and Clinical teams to understand M&E requirements.
  • Experience with acute and community hospital planning or operations is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, integration, and smart tech is a plus.
  • Plan and lead meetings with consultants and stakeholders to set clear goals and enable informed decisions.
  • Document and share outcomes from stakeholder meetings with relevant parties.
  • Work closely with consultants to gather all stakeholder requirements.
  • Monitor design and construction progress to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Review M&E design proposals, contract details, and coordinate on-site technical issues including testing and commissioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
  • Candidates with healthcare background highly preferred.
