As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide information and referral services on educational resources, interventions, and community support for families to access appropriate assistance

• Assess client and family needs, formulate intervention plans, and coordinate with professionals to facilitate access to education or disability services

• Design, implement, and evaluate programs that address family needs and staff training requirements

• Analyze data, feedback, and trends to provide insights for service improvement and planning

• Compile information and statistics for reports, submissions, and monitoring of client needs

• Support school-wide and organizational events as part of community engagement efforts

• Guide and mentor social work assistants, new staff, and field placement students

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management, with flexibility for evolving organizational needs

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Social Work
• Registered social worker
