As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage product planning and product marketing for arthroscopy product lines across Southeast Asia (SEA)
- Lead product launches and marketing campaigns driven by market and competitive insights
- Act as the subject matter expert, delivering clinical and technical training to internal teams, distributors, and customers
- Liaise with global, APAC, and SEA stakeholders on product-related matters
- Support Sales and Commercial teams by identifying product opportunities, campaigns, and Key Opinion Leaders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams on product registration and launches
- Drive SKU optimisation and monitor product lifecycle performance
- Analyse market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive landscape across SEA
- Prepare regular sales and pipeline performance reports
- Develop and manage marketing and digital collateral
- Support medical education programs, training workshops, and industry events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in Product Management or Marketing within the orthopaedic medical devices industry
