As an Assistant Manager, HR – Manpower Planning, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Extract and analyse data from HR systems to produce high-quality reports and generate workforce insights for manpower dashboards and regular reporting.

Develop and maintain HR metrics to monitor workforce trends and key performance indicators.

Collaborate with HR teams and internal and external stakeholders to support manpower planning and projections for future needs.

Maintain accurate establishment records and budgeted FTEs for budgeting, recruitment, and reporting purposes.

Review and validate manpower projections and establishment data.
-
Ensure accurate data management within HR systems and tracking files.

Provide professional advice and support on HR data analytics.

Support and undertake additional projects or assignments as required.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower planning or HR. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Assistant Manager position.

Experience in using data visualisation tools.
