As an Assistant Manager, HR – Manpower Planning, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

  •  Extract and analyse data from HR systems to produce high-quality reports and generate workforce insights for manpower dashboards and regular reporting.

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to monitor workforce trends and key performance indicators.

  • Collaborate with HR teams and internal and external stakeholders to support manpower planning and projections for future needs.

  • Maintain accurate establishment records and budgeted FTEs for budgeting, recruitment, and reporting purposes.

  • Review and validate manpower projections and establishment data.

  • Ensure accurate data management within HR systems and tracking files.

  • Provide professional advice and support on HR data analytics.

  • Support and undertake additional projects or assignments as required.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower planning or HR. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Assistant Manager position.

  • Experience in using data visualisation tools.
