As a HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Develop and conceptualise IT strategies within the HR business environment to drive process efficiency through effective use of technology.

Lead process re-engineering initiatives and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance HR operations.

Manage and oversee HR-related technology projects from planning through implementation.

Oversee the administration, maintenance, and smooth functioning of HR systems.
-
Promote and drive the adoption of HR technologies and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, RPA) across the organisation.
-
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for various HR system modules.
-
Engage HR stakeholders to review processes, gather system requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
-
Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing for new system implementations and enhancements.
-
Support communication and change management for new system features and process improvements.
-
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Possess a Degree in Human Resources or Business equivalent, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
