As a Manager, Partnership (Community), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Lead and drive partnership and fundraising strategies of the Organisation.

Build and strengthen collaborations with healthcare institutions, community organisations, and key stakeholders.

Achieve fundraising targets and secure donations/resources for programmes and projects.
-
Oversee donor relations, external communications, and stakeholder engagement.
-
Develop, implement, and monitor collaborative healthcare and community projects.
-
Establish protocols and workflow processes for partnerships, events, and fundraising activities.
-
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
-
Support and engage internal stakeholders in partnership and collaborative initiatives.
-
Manage data records, reports, and performance statistics.
-
Plan team training and professional development initiatives.
-
Conduct staff performance appraisals and provide leadership to the team.
-
Identify operational gaps and implement improvement measures.
-
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field
