As a Electrical Engineer (Facilities Management), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and manage Repair & Replacement (R&R) projects.
  • Oversee maintenance of existing buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Supervise preventive maintenance works performed by outsourced service providers.
  • Plan and implement maintenance and improvement programs for building systems and equipment.
  • Develop work plans to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare project reports, updates, and recommendations for management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen.
  • Manage and review maintenance contracts and procurement activities.
  • Lead projects across integrated operations.
  • Support departmental audits, inspections, and accreditation activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of project management experience, including contract and procurement management.
