As a Electrical Engineer (Facilities Management), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and manage Repair & Replacement (R&R) projects.
- Oversee maintenance of existing buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Supervise preventive maintenance works performed by outsourced service providers.
- Plan and implement maintenance and improvement programs for building systems and equipment.
- Develop work plans to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, updates, and recommendations for management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen.
- Manage and review maintenance contracts and procurement activities.
- Lead projects across integrated operations.
- Support departmental audits, inspections, and accreditation activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of project management experience, including contract and procurement management.
