As a Senior Executive, Community Operation, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the planning and implementation of community health initiatives

  • Coordinate strategic planning and community outreach initiatives to engage residents and improve health outcomes

  • Assist in operational planning, workflow development, and process implementation to ensure smooth centre operations

  • Support project planning and management, including timelines, budgets, resource coordination, and deliverables

  • Work closely with operational and clinical teams to provide updates and ensure alignment with project objectives

  • Monitor and evaluate initiatives to support data-driven improvements in operations and strategy

  • Provide administrative and secretariat support for stakeholder meetings and partnerships with government, social service, and community organisations

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Knowledge and experience in project management will be advantageous
