As an Operations Assistant Manager (Aesthetic Clinic), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversaw daily outlet operations and ensured compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitored outlet standards, service quality, staff performance, housekeeping and premises conditions.

• Managed inventory, including stock forecasting, ordering and record maintenance.

• Coordinated with internal departments on promotions, new products, treatments and operational initiatives.

• Liaised with vendors and contractors on equipment, facilities and maintenance matters.

• Managed staff rostering, leave administration and knowledge assessments.

• Ensured timely renewal of licences, permits and certifications.

• Supported quality and compliance audits and followed up on corrective actions.

• Coordinated IT support, equipment procurement and troubleshooting.

• Prepared operational reports and addressed issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Supported other operational projects and duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Prior working experience in aesthetic clinic will be an advantage.
