As a IoT Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Understand project requirements and support technical solutions for Smart Hygiene and IoT systems.
• Conduct site surveys and assess equipment placement, connectivity, power supply and installation requirements.
• Support technical proposals, quotations, product demonstrations and activities.
• Assist with installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of IoT devices, sensors and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity and system issues, working with relevant stakeholders on resolutions.
• Assist with product testing and provide feedback for system improvements.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams for project implementation and hand over.
• Review system data and prepare reports on water usage, savings and system performance.
• Provide technical support and explain system operations to customers and site personnel.
• Maintain project, testing and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in IoT, smart technology, sensors and automation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable with hardware and technology, and willing to perform site visits, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience in IoT, electronics, automation, system integration or M&E would be an advantage but is not essential.
