As a Senior/Staff Nurse in Home Care, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assessing patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
- Performing nursing procedures in patient's home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc
- Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carred out and medications dispensed
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing and be registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Candidate who possess Advanced Diploma in Gerontology or Palliative care is an advantage.
