As a Senior / Sonographer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform diagnostic clinical ultrasound imaging in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assist physicians and consultants during ultrasound-guided procedures to ensure precision and patient safety.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ultrasound department, ensuring all equipment is properly used, maintained, and cared for.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain quality assurance programs to uphold high standards of imaging accuracy and safety.
• Provide accurate, clear, and timely imaging results to support clinical decision-making.
• Work efficiently to complete imaging studies within allocated timeframes and resources.
• Address patient concerns, complaints, and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Deliver courteous and responsive service to both internal teams and external patients.
• Ensure efficient patient flow through the department to minimize wait times and improve overall throughput.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to safe work practices, including safety protocols and infection control measures.

Requirements: 

• Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Radiography, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), or equivalent.
• Accredited certification in Medical Ultrasonography (e.g., Diploma, Degree, or Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasonography - DMU) from recognized institutions.
• Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) is preferred.
