As a Senior/ Assistant Manager - FP&A, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to deliver strategic insights that support the organisation’s goal of providing affordable and sustainable healthcare.
  • Act as a finance business partner to various departments, offering advisory support and financial guidance.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes through financial analysis and performance review.
  • Prepare accurate and timely management reports to facilitate regular performance reviews with senior leadership.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations for new healthcare initiatives and projects.
  • Support special projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Analytics (Minor in Finance preferred) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, resourceful, proactive, independent yet a team player; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare, management accounting, or data analytics is a plus; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
