As a Senior / Radiographer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Perform general and specialised radiographic examinations, including ultrasound and other imaging modalities of diagnostic quality.
- Ensure patient care, clinical responsibility, radiation protection, and effective use of technology at all times.
- Supervise student radiographers and provide guidance during their training.
- Lead Quality Improvement projects to enhance radiographic services.
- Coordinate with staff and clinicians on radiographic-related issues.
- Manage quality control programmes and maintain imaging equipment and accessories.
- Specialise in advanced imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, or Mammography as per interest and role availability.
- Assist in procedures including Coronary Angiography and Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA).
- Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings to deliver comprehensive imaging services.
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
- Registered with, or eligible to register with, the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
