As a Program Manager (Primary Care Network), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Play a critical role in overseeing the operations and administration of the Primary Care Network.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and leading cross-departmental initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality primary care services.
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of PCN to ensure efficient and seamless delivery of services.
- Coordinate the on-boarding and engagement of new partners to expand the networks's capabilities.
- Manage scheduling and rostering across partner clinics to optimize resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including partner clinics, government agencies and to align efforts with PCN objectives.
- Keep abreast of evolving primary care guidelines, policies and circulars, ensuring the PCN remains compliant and proactive.
- Collaborate with other PCNs and clusters to facilitate knowledge sharing and partnership opportunities.
- Support the annual audit process.
- Drive and support Healthier SG-Related initiatives and programs.
- Provide leadership and oversight across multiple departments to drive program success.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and provide partners with timely and relevant updates.
- Organize and manage quarterly meetings, including serving as secretariat.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure business needs are met efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Comfortable in data driven scope.
- At least 5 years of healthcare experiences, with minimally 2 years of leadership experience.
