As a Medical Affairs Associate,  you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Prepare and support the development of medical and scientific materials such as slide decks, training content, FAQs, and briefing documents
  • Coordinate and support scientific training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Conduct literature reviews and summarize clinical data, guidelines, and publications to support medical communications
  • Ensure all medical content is accurate, properly referenced, and compliant with internal standards
  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of product registration dossiers for submission to health authorities
  • Support company licensing activities, including applications, renewals, and variations (e.g. importer, wholesaler, or distributor licences)
  • Track regulatory timelines, submission milestones, and correspondence with regulatory authorities
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized regulatory documentation and trackers
  • Support medical engagement activities with healthcare professionals under guidance
  • Prepare scientific responses to medical information requests
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for advisory boards, scientific meetings, and educational events
  • Maintain compliant records of medical interactions and activities
  • Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and operations teams to support medical-related initiatives
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects related to medical affairs, regulatory submissions, and clinical education

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences or healthcare-related field, with 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong scientific understanding, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional, well-organized, and eager to learn, with good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
