As a Senior/ Assistant Director, Development & Strategy, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Driving of programme engagement and implementation 

  • Review and identify gaps for programme improvements 
  • Overview and refine care models for mental health related cases
  • Leading the clinical team to provide insights for policy review 
  • Working with relevant agencies in service planning 
  • Review and refine current care assessment tools

Requirements

  • Possess a recognised degree in Healthcare related will be an advantage 

  • 10 years experience in healthcare, community or primary care settings
