As a Therapy Support Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in prescribed exercise programs, group therapy sessions, and patient progress reporting.
• Manage care for up to two patients simultaneously and cover assigned wards or outpatient units.
• Communicate professionally with patients and therapists to support rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to enhance department operations and service quality.
• Coordinate and assist in equipment maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of therapy areas.
• Support administrative duties including documentation, inventory, billing, and supply management.
• Participate in training, orientation, and continuous education programs for therapy assistants.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and contribute to a safe, organized therapy environment.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in relevant field
