As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Greet and assist all scheduled and walk-in patients at the Diagnostics reception counters.

  • Accurately schedule and register eligible mammogram appointments via the Breast Screen Singapore (BSS) portal.

  • Provide clear pre-procedure/test instructions to patients, and escort them to changing rooms or counselling areas when required.

  • Handle patient and public enquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent service delivery.

  • Perform cashiering duties when assigned, including payment collection and reconciling daily sales with transaction records.

  • Ensure Medisave Authorization Forms (MAF) are properly completed, endorsed by patients, and accurately processed in the EASIPOS system.

  • Provide administrative support to the Centre In-Charge, including dispatching lab and x-ray reports and maintaining accurate courier documentation.

  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

  • Meet departmental customer service and quality KPIs.

  • Assist the Reporting Officer in managing patient feedback and service recovery.

  • Comply with all organizational policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during cashiering duties.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Nitec or Diploma in a science-related discipline
