As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Diagnostic Imaging (IT Ops and Admin), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Drive implementation and management of AI platforms, 3D imaging, and other emerging technologies within Radiology.
  • Oversee MDOTS compliance, risk assessments, and timely renewals for imaging devices and applications.
  • Handle the end-to-end lifecycle of IT-related contracts, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate PCRs, OSRs, and UAT activities to ensure seamless integration with systems like EPIC.
  • Align with Radiology Informatics and IT teams to manage project timelines and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Develop SOPs, training materials, and user guides to boost team capability in Radiology IT workflows.
  • Manage referral processes, leasing arrangements, and outsourcing of services across clinical clusters.
  • Use data-driven insights to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in related field
  • At least 2 years of specialized or relevant experience in contract management and vendor relations or Information Technology environment (IT professionals) or project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
